Real Talk about Suffering, Death & Dying  
April 8 - May 13  ~  6 Week Series 
Monday Evenings  -  6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.  
Precious time for intimate sharing of thoughts, feelings, poetry, books and experiences. Class size limited.
Classes will include exploration and discussion on topics including:
1. Group Discussions exploring Dying, Death, Fear, the Afterlife, NDE's, Journal Writing & Poetry
2. Grief and Bereavement - some role playing
3. Preparing for End of Life, Spiritual Directives, Sacred care of the body, plus Guest Speaker from Threadgill Memorial Aqua Cremation
4. Field Trip to Threadgill Memorial
5. Hospice Care with Guest Speaker:  End-of-Life Doula
6. Dementia Care 
Cost: $120.00 Unity Attendees, $215.00 General Public

Joseph Britton is a former Instructor of Mindfulness and Sacred Movement at Princeton University and Professor in Japan. He is currently an Adjunct Instructor at PCC in Community Education and at Mt. Hood Community College. He is a practitioner of myofascial pain release therapy and is also a Hospice Volunteer.
