Unity can provide affordable, hourly event venue space rentals for private and public events.

We have event spaces available that range in rate from $35 to $150 per hour and in capacity from 8 to 320 people. See descriptions below.

Rental includes the use of the east and west parking lots.  All spaces rent for a minimum of 2 hours

Sanctuary

An abundance of natural light fills our 3500 Square Foot Community Venue

This room is a comfortable space for large gatherings and features a vaulted ceiling with natural wood beams, carpeting, air conditioning, 265 padded chairs, and an additional 55 seats in the balcony. A high-quality sound system, digital projector, and live-streaming capability are all available in addition.

Chapel

For smaller, more intimate events

Our chapel venue is an intimate and cozy room with full-length windows that overlook our gardens, 52 movable, padded seats and air conditioning. The chapel is 525 square feet and can have its own sound system for smaller celebrations, worship services, meetings or classes.

Meeting Rooms

Four rooms available

4 Classrooms, two with comfortable sofas.

Lower Level rooms 1 and 2 can be combined into a larger area of 500 square feet.

$45 per hour per room (2 hour minimum)
Smaller class rooms rent from $35 per hour. (2 hour minimum)

Community Friendship Hall

A place to gather with food and drink

The Community Friendship Hall is decorated in warm, vibrant colors. The 2900 square foot hall will seat up to 120 at 15 round tables.

$125 per hour

Kitchen

Full and partial kitchen use is available

Full Kitchen

A large, fully equipped kitchen provides inviting preparation space for snack, banquet or buffet.  

Includes:

  • Coffee Pots, Microwaves, Refrigerator, Sinks. 
  • Dishes, Utensils, Platters, Pots and Pans.
  • Does not include use of cook tops, ovens or dishwasher

Requires Cleaning Fee & Building Host  • $150 per hour • 2 hour minimum

Partial Kitchen

A large kitchen provides inviting preparation space for snack, banquet or buffet.   

Includes: Coffee Pots, Microwaves, Refrigerator, Sinks.  Does Not Include: Dishes, Utensils, Platters, Pots or Pans.

Requires Cleaning Fee • $100 per hour • 2 hour minimum

Building Host

Building Host is required to ensure your rental goes as planned.  $25 per hour

Sound Techs and Sound System

This includes our in-house Digital Projector to show your slides or movies. Our Drop Screen and our in-house Sound System and Techs.  $75 per hour

Digital Projector, Screen, Portable Sound System

This includes a Digital Projector to show your slides or movies off your computer. Screen and Portable sound system. $50 one-time fee

Cleaning Fees

$100 – $200 depending on size and use of property
