Unity can provide affordable, hourly event venue space rentals for private and public events.
We have event spaces available that range in rate from $35 to $150 per hour and in capacity from 8 to 320 people. See descriptions below.
Rental includes the use of the east and west parking lots. All spaces rent for a minimum of 2 hours

This room is a comfortable space for large gatherings and features a vaulted ceiling with natural wood beams, carpeting, air conditioning, 265 padded chairs, and an additional 55 seats in the balcony. A high-quality sound system, digital projector, and live-streaming capability are all available in addition.

Our chapel venue is an intimate and cozy room with full-length windows that overlook our gardens, 52 movable, padded seats and air conditioning. The chapel is 525 square feet and can have its own sound system for smaller celebrations, worship services, meetings or classes.

4 Classrooms, two with comfortable sofas.
Lower Level rooms 1 and 2 can be combined into a larger area of 500 square feet.
$45 per hour per room (2 hour minimum)
Smaller class rooms rent from $35 per hour. (2 hour minimum)
Event Venue Add-on Additional Use Fees
The Community Friendship Hall is decorated in warm, vibrant colors. The 2900 square foot hall will seat up to 120 at 15 round tables.

This includes our in-house Digital Projector to show your slides or movies. Our Drop Screen and our in-house Sound System and Techs. $75 per hour
This includes a Digital Projector to show your slides or movies off your computer. Screen and Portable sound system. $50 one-time fee
$100 – $200 depending on size and use of property
